Toronto Furies players reflect on landmark game at Air Canada Centre
For many players that compete for the Toronto Furies, they were raised in the Greater Toronto Area. There is no question that for many of them, the Maple Leafs served as the backdrop to the rich tapestries of their youth. The opportunity to actually compete on the ice at Air Canada Centre, rather than watch from the stands, was a great victory for women’s hockey.

Mallory Deluce is Key Player For Furies Future
Mallory Deluce wears number 7 for the CWHL’s Toronto Furies franchise. She is a 23 year old 5’7" native of London, Ontario. She was selected 11th overall in the 2011 CWHL Draft by the Toronto Furies after finishing her playing career with the University of Wisconsin Badgers in the NCAA.
